It appears many have misunderstood Mr. Edwards statements in regards to how Paula (who has mastered avoiding the real answers) shifted the interview on a child's illness (and yes she is an adult). Paula White is the last person to even bring this up on an interview, where it’s obvious she is seeking sympathy from followers so they will continue "partnering" with a message she can't follow herself. Bottom line, she never answered the question and she won't because the truth of her divorce, the millions of dollars and the manipulation to obtain such wealth would drive this money making ministry to zero. 30 minutes is excessive but this could've been done in 5 minutes if she would simply speak the truth. A true journalist delivers the facts and how can anyone deliver the facts when the interviewer won't answer the questions. Divorce is not to be taken lightly, it's not some type of partnership that when it doesn't go our way we just become roommates to end up calling each other friends. As a body of true believers we shouldn't take this lightly but obviously we have and that is why the divorce rate among Christians is higher than those considered secular. She and her ex-husband bring up Kristen's illness every time they are questioned about money and divorce. They want sympathy for this young lady and mother's illness but they couldn't keep their FAMILY together during what appears to be their most troubling times. Is Paula by her daughter's bedside, did she step down to invest in her daughter’s spiritual and physical health? NO, and she won't so how dare she even bring this up? Because when you've mastered manipulation you learn to twist life events to cover the ugly facts. Instead she moved as far as possible from her and the rest of her children, which she has been doing for the past two years. I agree that step child or biological child there is no difference, what's even more devastating is that if this young woman was as important as her own son, why would she not step up and do what a REAL mother would do. Be there, trust that God will heal and restore your home and marriage but sadly the facts speak differently. Thank you Mr. Edwards I just pray that we have more objective, ethical and bible based journalist such as your self.
